Shipping Policy
Say goodbye to messy coops and dusty bedding! Our premium wood wool nesting pads are designed for backyard chicken keepers who want convenience, cleanliness and a happy flock.
All orders are handmade, packed and shipped from our little farm in Central Queensland. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

Estimated delivery times:

WA / TAS / NT: 7-12 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, weather or busy seasons. Once parcels leave our hands, timing is outside our control, but we're always happy to help follow up a delayed parcel.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our Nest Mats are a consumable animal product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product ordered or if they've be used.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will fix it as quickly as possible.
​
We want you to love your purchase, and we will always work with you to find a fair solution if something goes wrong.
​
Please note that natural variations in wood wool texture, colour or density are normal and part of a handmade product.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method one approved.
