At Pristine Poultry, we're committed to making coop care easier for Aussie chicken owners. All of our nest mats are handmade on our small farm in Central Queensland, and we take pride in providing quality products and friendly support.

If you ever have a question about your order, product care, or how to use your Nest Mats, we're here to help. You can reach us anytime via email pristinepoultryau@outlook.com and we aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Because our products are handmade and made from natural materials, slight variations in colour, thickness, or texture are normal and expected. We do our best to ensure every product meets our quality standards before being shipped.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly for you.
Privacy & Safety
Pristine Poultry respects your privacy and is committed to keeping your personal information safe. Any details you provide (such as your name, address, payment information, and email) are used solely to process your order and communicate with you regarding your purchase.

We do not sell, share, or trade your information with third parties, except when required to fulfil your order (e.g. Australia Post for shipping).

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe. We never have access to your full payment details.

Your information is stored in accordance with Australian Privacy laws, and you may contact us at anytime if you wish to view, update or delete your details from our system.
Wholesale Inquiries
At the moment, Pristine Poultry isn't in a position to offer wholesale orders - we're still a small, handmade operation and our production capacity is limited, especially during peak periods or material delays.

However, we are gathering expressions of interest from stores, farms and retailers who may want to stock our Nest Mats in the future. If you'd like to be considered when wholesale becomes available, please reach out and let us know:
